This is an independent desert cafe in Singapore named Sunday Folks. Nestled in a quiet corner of the neighborhood with hardly get the parking space even the location wasn't connected with any public transportation unless grab a taxi over. It best serves handcrafted desserts - Belgian waffles, cakes, ice creams and a curated range of beverages such as artisan teas, specialty coffees and craft beers. From the selection of premium ingredients to the making of homemade toppings, we take pride in concocting our own original recipes and paying homage to the freshness and tastefulness of our desserts.

I could said that there are the best waffle I could ever had so far. I have just order the Waffle with Pistachio Ice Cream that perfectly match because the Belgian waffle texture are just so nice. Sometimes we experience the waffles are too flour or under cooked taste, somehow the waffle here are crispy on the outside, light and tender on the inside. Therefore, the hot waffle are mix with the  pistachio ice cream that standout with pleasant roasted nut smell. 

Last but not least, add in extra order of Earl Grey Lavender Soft Serve before leaving due to the long queue and we couldn't hang around the cafe for long hours. In overall, still prefer to the waffles and hope it could maintain the quality during the next visit. Nowadays, cafe are keep on increasing and create many competitor which a fact that how they could maintain or survive their business for a long term. Since majority of the cafe need to standout in terms of their services, quality, environment, and of course, the foods selection.
