Day 4

As the second day, we have collected the High Speed Railway tickets from 7-Eleven to Taichung （台中）. And so today is the the time to go Taichung （台中） trip. On my way to Taipei Main station, I got the Taiwanese 葱抓饼 which is something like Malaysian roti canai for breakfast. It was opposite the hotel I stayed and a long queue during the morning hour.

The High Speed Railways train is similar with bullet train in Japan. Just half an hours ride, it seem to be reached Taichung （台中）station. If you are here to Sun Moon Lake (日月潭), bought the bus tickets from the counter and avoid of the taxi. The taxi driver will offer a pricy fares to there, so beware!

After the boat ride, the first destination is the view of Sun Moon Lake. On the other side, the captain will recommended the beautiful ladies who sells the herbal tea eggs. But, it was ancient time till now the beautiful ladies turns into an old auntie selling the popular herbal tea eggs.

Take the next cable car and get into 九族文化村. But luckily I got the free ticket to enter as if you book your flight tickets with any airlines within two months, you are allow to go Taiwan Visitors Association in KL to redeem free gift. During the time I visited, they are given out either free theme park tickets or travel gifts for you to choose.

It was luckily that we got the free tickets to the theme park. Otherwise, it will be wasted and the theme park eventually not that fun to played. Even raining heavily when we visited the theme park.

Since it was raining, we decided to leave earlier and back to the Taichung station. Then, we get the taxi to the famous night market in Taichung - Fengjia Night Market (逢甲夜市).

After night market dinner, is the time to catch the train back to Taipei Main Station.

With the light meal, we decided to head to Shilin Night Market (士林夜市) for supper and shopping since it opened till 1/2am in the midnight depending on crowd.
