GRUB (BISHAN PARK)
A short gateway to Singapore and I found this unique cafe named Grub in the Internet. The uniqueness of the cafe is that stand alone itself in the middle of the Bishan Park. It's located in the housing area called Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. As our usual cafe hopping are in the shop lots and old factories unlikely this hidden cafe in the park concept. Those idea are similar with western countries to have cafe in the central park offer a greenery environment for relaxation.
Despite that fact, my mind came across of how this cafe can be survive? Yet, I decided to make a visit to figure out. Obviously we understand for a cafe to be sustainable, it consist of few criteria such as the quality of F&B, the environment, and of course the services. People do cycling, jogging, running and picnic in the park however Grub's team publicize visitors to drop by after doing sports. They do believing fresh idea could attract anyone for a visit no matter where you are.

Today is the public holiday in Singapore and is totally pack. But, we are lucky enough to get a seat. Once we look into the menu, we came to our mind of what should we order and ended up with all grubber's favourite as the following:

| Yuzu mint soda $ 4.50, Crispy Fish Burger $ 14, French Toast $ 12 |
Overall, the food is acceptable and nice. But, the best remain to the Yuzu Mint Soda where it is quite refreshing to drink in the sunny day. We also ended up with the dessert - churros that can dip in dark chocolate or tangy creme anglaise sauce. In addition, they served different menu for breakfast, brunch and dinner.
