Hong Kong (Central) - Little Bao

We always travel and look for local foods or any unique restaurants that worth a try. Subsequently, in recent Hong Kong have opened several cafes and restaurants just like Malaysia. As far, I always use to explore around Hong Kong and do shopping but this time was a food exploring. Hong Kong is a food paradise other than shopping because it's suitable for Asian.

Now, I would like to recommend this Little Bao which also I insisted to try for such a long time. The reason being is because Little Bao is literally means as Little Bun where 'bao' is a Chinese word. The special was not only a small bun but the mix of Japanese and Chinese style cooking. The atmosphere is enjoyable and looking good for friends to hang out together, but the places was small and narrow that actually couldn't be staying for long.

The most recommended was the Pork Belly Bao for your main dish. The spicy hot sauces match with pork belly that feel good and tender in your taste bud. Besides, I have order an additional little bun - Fish Tempura Bao but it wasn't that great as the Pork Belly Bun.

On the other hand, the main characters of the Little Bao was the Green Tea Ice Cream Bao. The Green Tea Ice Cream Bao is in a burger style which consists of fry bun that look alike to the fry mantou when we have the sour and sweet crab. Besides, the panty was the green tea ice cream. This is actually an idea of fry ice-cream or ice-cream bread in Malaysia. But, this is the mini fry bun where you can finish it right away! The size is tiny and best advised is one for each.
