The Crystal Lotus
serves four major regional Chinese cuisines - Pekingese, Sichuanese,
Shanghainese, Cantonese - as well as delicious handmade Chinese dim sum
shaped as your favourite Disney characters. Designed by the famous
Italian designer, Adam Tihany, the restaurant is inspired by the five
traditional Chinese elements: metal, wood, water, fire and earth. The
main entrance is adorned with 2,238 crystal lotus flowers, while four
chandeliers composed of 268 crystal lotuses hang from the ceiling. The
most dazzling feature is the digitally-projected fish pond, which
ripples when guests step on it. Some of the fish even jump upstream.
According to Chinese legend, carps that swim upstream become dragons.

What so special about this restaurant? Answer: They offer Disney character dim sum which no where you could find. But, at least you might think of piggy bun in Canton-i 香港粥面家. But, they offered a total of
8 Disney characters dim sum. Yet, I have ordered most of it
except one Mickey pudding dessert.
If you wish to have the Disney characters
feast like me, then here the information for you. The Disney characters dim
sum are basically served on weekends only. However, if you wish to eat
during your visitation like weekday then you must be ordered in advance.
